Subscriptions to Memo are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel.
You can cancel at any time by logging into your Memo account. In most cases, payments for Memo subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.
If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account and select Settings -> Plan -> Manage Billing. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as costs incurred for utilizing AI services to generate flashcards are significant. Our AI vendors and providers do not allow us to request refunds for the AI processing time used to create your flashcards. This would result in a loss-making situation for us. By signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
